LONDON, 3 September 2026 — Reliance Cyber, one of the UK’s first Google Cloud MSSP Partners, today announced the launch of RADAR, an agentic MDR platform that integrates with Google Security Operations. RADAR is designed to help enterprise security teams reduce alert fatigue, accelerate investigation and improve detection quality through agent-assisted triage, detection engineering and a natural-language customer portal.
The launch comes as enterprise security teams face rising alert volumes, expanding attack surfaces and growing pressure to demonstrate measurable cyber resilience. In particular, the ability to identify and exploit vulnerabilities at scale will create additional pressure on IT and Security Teams. RADAR is designed to shift MDR delivery from manual alert handling towards governed, agent-assisted security operations focused on speed, quality and transparency.
Over the past twelve months Reliance Cyber has run RADAR across every alert in its SOC, achieving 99.3% precision in RADAR’s AI-assisted alert classification across the highest-volume alert sources in the SOC – covering more than 18,000 cases – and identifying around 3,000 tuning opportunities across over 10,000 production SIEM rules. RADAR builds on these results to bring four specialist agents – including detection engineering, threat triage, response orchestration and autonomous self-healing – into a single orchestration layer, managed and monitored under expert human oversight.
“In Security Operations, customers are not buying AI, agents or automation; they are buying outcomes: faster response, lower risk and a transparent security operation they can actually understand. We have spent a year running AI in production and measuring everything. The next twelve months are about putting that capability directly into our customers’ hands, on top of the world-class Google Security Operations stack, under expert human oversight. The winners of the next decade of MDR will be the providers that can turn leading security platforms into measurable outcomes for customers – with speed, transparency and expert control.”
Alex Martin, Managing Director, Reliance Cyber
The RADAR platform sits on top of Google Security Operations to enable further orchestration and action. Reliance Cyber’s RADAR platform sits above this foundational layer as an agentic fabric, orchestrating the components, applying judgement across them, and translating their output into measurable customer outcomes. Whilst RADAR is built on top of the Google Security Operations stack, it will support integrations with other major security vendors from day one of launch.
“RADAR reflects our confidence in the team, the technology and the market opportunity. It is the most significant evolution of Reliance Cyber’s service since the company was founded, and we are delivering it from the UK, with a British engineering and analyst team.”
Jenny Kalenderidis, Executive Chair, Reliance Cyber
The collaboration with Google Cloud underpins this new platform. As part of the deepened relationship, Google Cloud is supporting Reliance Cyber’s specialist AI agents, helping accelerate the move from “AI-enabled, with human-in-the-loop administration” to “expert human oversight” of AI agents. A transition Reliance Cyber sees as the responsible path to AI powered, machine-speed response.
As part of RADAR’s 2026 production launch, customers will have immediate access to their service through a next-generation customised portal that includes a natural-language AI assistant, grounded in each tenant’s alerts, incidents and threat intelligence. Alongside this, customers will benefit from unified dashboards, real-time intelligence feeds and proactive recommendations around their security posture and threat landscape. This includes not only SOC context, but also Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security and many other Reliance Cyber service offerings.
The company’s analyst team is transitioning in parallel – with experienced analysts moving from managing and investigating low level alerts to orchestrating investigations, detection engineering and incident response and working more directly with customers to deliver enhanced security outcomes.
